When drugs, disorder, and instability reach a neighbourhood, children feel it first and families live with the consequences longest. D.A.D.C. exists because too many people are watching things get worse while feeling like they have no structure, no voice, and no way to respond together. This movement is about changing that with presence, responsibility, and local action people can stand behind.
