Community Guidelines
D.A.D.C. is built on lawful conduct, accountability, and a community-first approach. Father-led and community-supported, this movement expects the same standards from anyone representing it. These guidelines explain how we show up, how we lead, and what we expect from anyone involved.
Why this matters
Trust is earned through consistency, discipline, and responsible presence. D.A.D.C. exists to serve families and strengthen communities, and that only works when the people representing the movement are calm, lawful, and accountable. These standards protect the integrity of the work and the safety of the people we are here to support.
Core guidelines
These principles apply to everyone involved with D.A.D.C., from first-time volunteers to chapter leadership.
Lawful conduct
Every action taken under D.A.D.C. must be lawful. We operate within the law and expect members to do the same in all public and private activities tied to the movement.
No harassment or intimidation
We do not threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone. D.A.D.C. is about safety and stability, not fear or pressure.
No vigilantism or confrontation
D.A.D.C. does not support vigilantism, confrontations, or reckless behaviour. We focus on lawful presence, prevention, and responsible outreach.
Respect for families and communities
We show respect for parents, children, and neighbours. Our work is community-first and grounded in care, not ego or conflict.
Accountability and responsibility
Leadership requires discipline. Anyone representing D.A.D.C. is expected to be reliable, transparent, and accountable for their actions.
Honest, responsible communication
We communicate clearly and truthfully. Misinformation, exaggeration, or hostile messaging undermines trust and is not acceptable.
Community-first leadership
Leaders are expected to put community safety and family well-being above personal recognition or status.
What D.A.D.C. is not
D.A.D.C. is not a vigilante group, not an enforcement body, and not a gang or clique.
There is no place here for harassment, intimidation, or reckless conduct. Anyone seeking conflict or confrontation is not aligned with this movement.
Reporting and accountability
Anyone representing D.A.D.C. is expected to uphold these standards. Conduct that violates these guidelines can result in removal from involvement or disqualification from leadership consideration.
Show up the right way.
If these standards align with how you want to serve your community, there is a place for you here.
